A mi me paso lo mismo y era que no tenia activada la tarjeta de red lo resolvi con el comando " NMTUI " hay configure la ip del Issabel y luego le active la conexión.
Hi, I have installed this on Amazon lightsail. Install went fine but I cannot browse issabel using the webs browser. Redirect to HTTS and then timeout. Any help or pointer would be much appreciated.

daevan I am installing in google in CentOS 7 but at the time of rebooting I can no longer access it by ssh or http | https, I think it is because of the fail2ban service that is started. Didn't you have this problem or how did you solve it?
admint Buena noche Ustedes que cuentan con una VPS, al instalar Issabel con el script de instalación, no habilita el Fail2ban. Cuando terminen de instalar con el script, favor de actualizar Issabel. Saludos.
en mi caso intento instalarlo en centos 8 y no lo instala mostrando el siguiente mensaje
.14.2.el8_2.x86_64 ./geoip_install.sh: line 65: dialog: command not found /tmp bash: line 1236: /etc/init.d/issabel-firstboot: No such file or directory

Fiz a instalação em uma maquina virtual no hyper-v funcionou perfeitamente, quando faço a instalação em uma maquina virtual no azure ele não ativa o asterisk, as maquina estão com CEntos7 na mesma versão
