you version asterisk is 13. see directory agi owner and user is asterisk.
you version issabelpbx, iso, netinstall.
two version for install asterisk11 and asterisk13.
what is version, and you installation?
Khalid722 go to /var/llib/asterisk/agi-bin search the archive dialparties.agi and verify if the owner is asterisk.

Login to server with putty or shell and go to the location go to /var/llib/asterisk/agi-bin and change permission of dialparties.agi to asterisk using command chown asterisk:asterisk dialparties.agi...

i got a problem a gain is if i reboot the system i have to write that cmd evrytime (chmod 777 /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/dialparties.agi)
use the command: chown asterisk /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/dialparties.agi
Doing this will still work even after a reboot
