Que pena revise en FAQ pero no entendí donde puedo poder resolver esto

el problema es entre extensiones las llamadas no necesitamos que salgan a la calle pero se nos presenta esto, tenenos un freepbx 12.0.76.6, esta instalado desde hace mas de 3 años pero ahora nos da este problema.
