Fresh install using the latest ISO. Still didn't work after yum update.
Go to Preferences > Date/Time and try change timezone.
The error is System time can not be changed - Option --datetime: Invalid datetime. I tried a bunch of different timezones.
I can change it from CLI by running timedatectl set-timezone America/Los_Angeles, which is then reflected in the GUI. I just cannot change it in the GUI.
