Hi when an agent login from a phone a music is played (do_issabel_dream_of_electric_sheep.wav) for him. is it possible to remove it or change it? if it is possible pleaselet me know how Regards, Mostafa

I couldn't find what I need there. I need define MusicOnHold for agent(I mean what the agent hear when he/she is waiting for a call) or perhaps make it silent
As I checked in PBX recording we only can upload or record some voices. I need a place to set or unset MOH for agent (not for caller)
I solved it by myself, thanks everybody. I changed musiconhold => default to musiconhold => none in /etc/asterisk/agents.conf
