Hi
I want to show popup dialog of internal vtiger addon when issabel receive an incomming call.
Is there any step by step instrucion for it?
I don't need newer version of vtiger features

Is there any way to upgrade standalone vtiger CRM ( V5) that is installed as an addon in isaabel to V 7?

I installed vtiger 7.1.0 and configured astersk connector. Click'n'call from vtiger works great. But I am not able to activate popups for incoming calls in vtiger interface.
Do you know how to do it?

to be honest,
I only want to see showing popup dialog mechanism in vtigercrm connector, in order to use it for my project.
In my project we need to show a popup dialog that get data from our third party application (using web service) that have caller extra information and we need to show them when caller is assigned to the agent.

for the vtiger 5 that come with issabel you need to run the script
AsteriskClient.php

this script is located in
/var/www/html/vtigercrm/cron/modules/PBXManager/

for to test, you can run the script directly on the browser
http://YOURPBXIP/vtigercrm/cron/modules/PBXManager/AsteriskClient.php

then call to the extent associated to the user

Thanks for the suggestion,
but unfortunately this not work with Vtiger 7.1.0
File "asteriskclient.php" doesn't even exist.

I'm still looking for a solution to enable pop up for incoming call with vtiger 7.1.0

i want also do this with vtiger 7.x.x.
i configure and outgoing call going thrue click to call and record save into vtiger pbx manager
but in case of incomming call no popup show but when i forword call to another user then show call popup and this popup only few second how can we increase time and how display call popup in group incomming call....
please advise me
