Issabel + Call Center + Vtiger CRM 5.2.1
This is process I used to install vtiger5 (depreciated but it is a starting point for people) in Issabel and get some proof of concept connection between the two applications.

PAOK1926 I had a problem, Vtiger 5 is working perfectly, but there is a problem, it is not possible to import any .csv files, could you do that?

Sorry. I did not integrate asterisk with VTIGER using SIP. I used asterisk dialplan SQL commands to connect Vtiger.
Example:
exten => s,3,MYSQL(Query resultid ${connid} SELECT ticketid FROM vtiger_troubletickets WHERE ticket_no = ${ticketnumber})

when I create a user from vtiger with the admin this does not let enter indicate username and password error

wmurillo vtiger no es desarrollado en issabelpbx se crea un rpm de la versión 5 que se integra en el framework.
Ahora puedes consultar en vtiger o en google;o en vtiger puedes saber cual es el problema que tienen al crear el usuario.
vtger va en la versión 7.

PAOK1926 Hello, I just installed vtiger 7.0.1 and connect it with issabel using SPAsterisk connector. Now I can see the pop-up of incoming call on vtiger screen, because I put extension number on CRM extension field.
Now I want to go further on and implement this scenario with call center agents not on a specific extension. The problem is, call center agent are the part of the queue, do I need to put queue number on CRM extension field?
Your response in this will be highly appreciated.
insotec I didn't used any specific guide, I googled so many guides and videos and then merge it and made my own guide to work issabel with vtiger 7.0.1 open source for call notification.
I used on-premises, the same server machine where issabel is installed, vtiger as the local host.
I use this solution in my laptop on Oracle VM VirtualBox. CPU utilization is 25% (Core I3)
