  • Migrate mysql of Elastix 2.4 to issabel 5

Hello Everyone,

I have existing Elastix 2.4 (database mysql 5.x). I just installed Issabel 5. I want all the CDR report will generate and recording can palyback in Issabel 5. I just retored the mysql from Elastix 2.4 into Issabel 5.0. I open the CDR report but nothing.
Anyone can help how to do the proper mysql migration from Elastix 2.4 to Issabel 5?

    sinjosb Hola, te recomiendo instalar de 0 Issabel 5, importar las extensiones y realizar las configuraciones necesarias, ya que te evitas problemas de compatibilidad, ya que Elastix 2.4 es muy viejo y ya no tiene soporte.
    Te vas a ahorrar un dolor de cabeza seguramente.

      benjange , Thanks for your advise. But i need to restore the old CDR because i need to play old voice recording at Issabel 5 system.
