I'm from Egypt and my Country Made a change in the Clock they added 1 Hour to it so ex. 5 o'clock became 6 o'clock.
the problem is my call center Module now is giving reports on past clocks.
I changed the time from Preference > System > Date & Time but the issue still exists.
I use Issabel 4.
Please can anyone help me?
