Good evening guys, I'm new in the forum but I am learning a lot with all you. I have very much questions about how can I configure my Issabel PBX in myself call center. Actually I am using some server with 4gb RAM 500GB HD Pentium Dual Core.
My really question is about the configuration of the Call Center Module and the use of it. I have 3 operators that make calls when the client want to know about the product, and the calls in the less case have 5 minutes, I want make predictive calls, the question is if you can tell me what's the correct aspects of the system to do it correctly.
