hello guys so I have been away for long time, and I recently installed Issabel on new machine with it Asternic Call Center Stats PRO the issue am facing that the calls are incoming and outgoing via the queue but information are still 0 is there way or command that I can use to check wither there is connection to the queue log with astronic or not
and also, I noticed that when I tried to upgrade it this shows up.
[root@issabel asternic-stats-pro-2.3.11]# sudo make upgrade

You must purchase the annual maintenance fee on https://www.asternic.net/buy.php and update your license before upgrading the software to this version.

maybe that is the reason for reports shows value of 0

update I have purchased the license for support and upgrade but still all stats are showing are zero I did run this command to see the issue.
service asterniclog status
and the output was this
