I would like to generate the manual outbound call report dialed from the specific extension and Queue in the CDR report as table fill below
Agent_No | Agent_Name | Type(outbound) | Queue | Call_Answer | Total_Talk_Time | Average_Call | Login_Duration
Please kindly support to advice and provide step by step to generate.
