Yes as my friend told before,you can create tunnel and i think if you can use MikroTik or Cisco router for establish the tunnel between them you can send those Issabel traffic throught the tunnel. On mikrotik routerboard's you have more tunnel options for this situations.

If you use MikroTik on both ends of tunnel you can use Eoip,IP-IP,GRE,OPENVPN,PPTP,L2TP and etc.
