I'm really a beginner on ISSABEL and ASTERISK. I would like to configure a call center.
I have registered the MicroSip and 3CX softphones, internal calls work in both directions.
I've also set up the call groups, which seem to work fine.
I've finally configured the callback extension but I can't connect to the agent console in call back login mode, I get this error "Agent login process not started".
