Ports 1, 3, 4 work perfectly, as port 2 passes through the queue but the customer does not hear the music but the ring tone and when it disconnects the extension to which the call is routed continues to ring. In the others do not play the music and when the client disconnects after a few seconds the call is also canceled in the pabx. What should I do?
