I have an error in Issabel's implementation
I created the VM in Virtualbox and uploaded it to AWS with the AMI import done by .ova

What happens, the VM goes up, I can access the WEB console, SSH, I can connect the PABX client (3CX), I even tested it with colleagues in other connection states.
We are connecting via VPN, so far everything is working fine.

But sometimes, the VM often loses communication when I apply configurations or try to connect to the client, but it loses complete communication
Loses WEB, SSH, SIP, PJSIP access
At most, only PING works on EC2

Have you seen this problem
