I am trying to configure Isabelle for odoo 16 so that I can manage incoming and outgoing calls through it, but the problem I have is that when it tries to establish a web socket connection, it gives error 101 and the connection is disconnected.

When I call through odoo, the call is established with the extension that is on the SIP protocol, but the sound is transmitted one-way, but when I want to call Voodo using an external phone, the call is not established because the extension is related to odoo connection. not established

I read and performed the settings that were in the odoo documentation and related to asterisk, and I set the ssl and domain properly, and there is no problem from the odoo side.

I saw a lot of videos on YouTube, but none of them explained well how to configure webrtc on issable and test it to see if it is working properly or not. I would be grateful if someone could give me a complete guide to solve my problem

omoghadasi Hello, we also encountered the same issue. Our system only supports outgoing calls, and incoming calls are not functioning. It seems like you've made progress in resolving the problem. Could you please share the steps you took to configure the settings?
