The problem was resolved in my case. I checked the dialed.logs from /opt/issabel/dialer. See the error logs below.

Solution:
1. In Call Center, under the configuration tab, reapply the asterisk admin credentials.
2. Enter the admin asterisk login and type your password in the asterisk password.
3. Click save
