  • Stuck and Ongoing Call Queue Despite Available Agents Logged In at Call Center

Calls were not distributed and connected to available and free agents.

We tried to reapply the configuration of the affected queue, but still not resolved

Lastly, we tried to delete the affected queue and recreated it (queue).
Calls were now connected to agents

What could be the root cause of this problem
