I want to make announcement when all agent in queues are busy.
I have 4 agent and added to queue for incomming call but i want to announce to caller "My agent are busy try again later"

You can add a periodic announce in the queue plus the MOH.

Go to your queue configuration and set a periodic announce. There is an option to do that, obviously you need to upload the record first.

Hola Nareach, puedes utilizar en el queue tiene opciones para reproducir mensajes ( locuciones) periodicas, si todos los agentes estan ocupados el usuario estaria en el queue y escucharia esos mensajes cada x tiempo que le pongas creo que se llama anuncios o algo asi

It is only sent to IVR, no Announcement.
Nareach in the queue, section; Caller Position Announcements, sets the frequency and Announce Position, that will play an audio where you will inform in which position these to be attended.

Nareach Just create an IVR without options and then select it in IVR Break Out Menu.

venturinog Fist i created announcement and then i created IVR using announcement that i just created and then i put IVR that i just create to queues but it is not working.
I will try it, Will let you all know.
