Hi there. I'm trying to install issabel 2020 or 2021 on a pc with i5 10th gen cpu and asus h510 mb. The exact problem happens when I try to boot with a bootable usb flash drive made with rufus from an iso downloaded from your website. When I turn on the pc it boots and shows a black screen with some options like install and ... . but when I select install screen goes black and nothing happens anymore. i tried the flash drive on an old laptop with 2nd gen i7 cpu and it worked and issabel wizard started after a while.
i wonder if you can help me with this issue in order to solve this problem .
i think maybe i should do sth in bios in order to make it work , but i don't know what to do.

Mira si en bios tienes boot security o similar, en caso de tenerlo, desactívalo.

Instala centos 7 minimal y instala issabel con netinstall.

I deactivated the secure boot but it did not worked.

it works ok with 7th gen CPU but as soon as i attach the usb to the pc with10th gen CPU after choosing to install nothing happens. really don't know what to do. everybody who knows the solution please help.

Hello, I have the same problem, I already disabled boot secure and the screen only show black enviroment... My pc is asus prime h610m-k d4 bios ver 3206, core i3 12th gen, adata 16gb ram, ssd wave and I am booting from kingstonDT microDUO 3C USB, please help me because I don't know what I have to do.

Justo aye tuve ese problema y trate de pasar la ISO de Isabel5 a una USB pero intente varias maneras de pasarlo con ruffus pero al inatalar siempre tenia enrrores asi que use Ventoy en una USB luego pase la ISO de Issabel5 directo a la USB y con esto instale sin problemas.
