Hi everybody
I have a problem in my Issabel after click Apply changes button. And for example, when I open Extensions page, there isn't anything except Apply changes button.
When I click on it, it shows me Reload failed because retrieve_conf encountered an error: 1 error after a few seconds.
I think (I'm not sure) it was made after I changed Asterisk Manager password in /etc/asterisk/manager.conf
But I reverted the password back and checked both of /etc/asterisk/manager.conf and /etc/amportal.conf and all of them are same as IssabelPBX Advanced Settings page.
I even enter sudo -u asterisk /var/lib/asterisk/bin/retrieve_conf command in Linux terminal, but this error shows to me:
[FATAL] Unable to connect to Asterisk Manager from /var/lib/asterisk/bin/retrieve_conf, aborting
How can I fix this issue?
