Predictive dialer repeats calls

Hi all,
We are using the latest issabel and call center module, what we are facing is the predictive dialler repeatedly dials out the contacts we upload irrespective of the status of the call, we need to disable the campaign to stop it, sometimes even this exercise also fail to stop this behavior. Kindly guide me what to do to stop this.

Hello, I use the Dialer ipnetivr works with Issabel https://www.ipnet.cl/ipnetivr/ you can import an excel template and call delivering a message with TTS or recording an audio
