Trunk between Issabel pbx & free pbx but outbound calls not working

Dears Greetings!

I have active trunk between issabel pbx and free pbx for calls incoming to freepbx forward to issabel pbx.
Now issue is inbound calls working but outbound calls not working.

But other all trunks & things working on both side.
It was working before but all of sudden calls broken & I tried to create new SIP trunk, new extension & many but still not working.

While debug came to know that outbound call generated from issabel pbx appear on issabel trunk but immediately disconnect & not reach to freepbx trunk.
Error says 503 service unavailable.

Please help as I am newbee

Best think you can do is look at the logs under /var/log/asterisk/full in Issabel to trace the call and the reason for the drop.
