I just completed my installation of Issabel on a VPS (NFP Hosting) and I have a problem with one way audio.
The person who dials the phone sends audio but doesn't receive audio.
Are there any specific ports I need to open or am I missing a setting?
Set nat=yes in extension setting. To change that default for newly created extensions go to unembedded > Advanced Settings.
Should NAT be set to yes? It's a VPS with a static IP.

fruvous nat=yes on extension is for when the extension is behind nat and not on the same subnet as the PBX. Like when using a hosted PBX.
