Hello,
I have an Issabel server in trunk with a grandstream and I have this problem
when the server receives a call via the grandstream it does not recognize the action of hanging up the phone, even if the caller hangs up the call continues on the issabel agent console.
second problem, calls received while no agent is connected, is displayed automatically after an agent logs in.
the agent is forced to hang up one by one before they can receive an actual call.
