here is my dilemma.
I have a client that makes tons of outbound calls. He often gets the person's voicemail and is tired of repeating the same message over and over. he wants to be able to just play a recording.
My thought would be if I could pull an announcement from a dialed number(feature code) I could assign it to a button on his phone. he gets to the user's voicemail and hits the button, we transfer the call to the announcement allowing him to hang up and start another call. meanwhile, the announcement will continue to play the recording till it's done, then hit the timeout and we would set it to terminate the call with a hangup.
