The problem that I am presenting is that I needed to close the Call Center campaign, year 2021, and start a new one. So I started to create a whole new campaign, I even created a new queue, that is, everything to create a whole new incoming campaign... what happened?
Issabel (the accesses) are put in an extraordinarily slow state, the members of the call center cannot access the module to log in, that is, everything is damaged and badly damaged, even the reports where one can see the campaigns are damaged.
How did I solve it?, delete everything new, can you help me please, I am having consequences for not being able to create the new campaign at work, I don't know what is happening, I am going to attach the text of the information of the Issabel modules to see what may be happening:

I had been asked to do this command: yum downgrade issabel-callcenter
I tell you that I did the downgrade, and the problem persists, the problem is that when entering the incoming campaign monitoring the system freezes to the point that it almost does not let me control the telephone exchange, the live report opens and shows the new campaign but only the title in the descending menu and after that, if you try to choose another report or exit from there, everything freezes... I leave you the history of the downgrade, it seems to me that although it "worked" there are things that did not was able to repair...
