i found this tuto but i need php files /freetech_ccenter/ , plz help
###Insertar botón Manual Call en el módulo call center {#btnmanualcall}
Moverse a /var/www/html/modules/agent_console con cd.
Editar el index.php bajo el comentario // Acciones para mostrar la pantalla principal, fuera de cualquier acción AJAX (en linea 552 aprox.) y agrega " 'BTN_LLAMADA_MANUAL' => _tr('Manual Call')," dentro de $smarty->assing(array( )). Quedando $smarty->assing(array('BTN_LLAMADA_MANUAL' => _tr('Manual Call'),));
Editar themes/default/agent_console.tpl y agrega <button id="btn_manualcall" class="elastix-callcenter-boton-activo ui-button ui-widget ui-state-default ui-corner-all ui-button-text-only" role="button" aria-disabled="false"><span class="ui-button-text">{$BTN_LLAMADA_MANUAL}</span></button>
Agregar las siguientes lineas en themes/default/js/javascript.js

Setear las credenciales de MySQL y AMI en el archivo config.php
