Hi I would like to know if there is a way to connect Issabel with Vtiger cloud v9, I know there is a way to integrate vtiger on premise v7 to Issabel but in this case we have the cloud version.
-I have read that vtiger cloud has a Phone Calls API: https://help.vtiger.com/article/146992351-Phone-Calls-API-Usage but for this we need to make the asterisk server to do callbacks to Vtiger (maybe could be done with ARI)
- Also there is a native integration between asterisk and vtiger cloud, but I don't really know if this also works with Issabel: https://help.vtiger.com/article/146992211-Configure-Asterisk-Telephony-Gateway
Does anyone know something about this?
