You can do that by running Outgoing Call \ Campaigns when answering, the call is transferred to the IVR.
But regardless of the result of the call, the campaign will make all attempts to call, by default 5 attempts.
How to make sure that if the subscriber picks up the phone, further attempts to call are terminated?
