hi. I have 2 very critical problems with Isabel.
1- all outgoing calls mark as incoming Calls.
it is very vital for us because we integrated issabel with Vtiger CRM.
2- there is no call Record and voice when I transfer an outgoing call to another extension.
for example :
step 1: ext 101 call +18185678000 - ( will record )
step 2: ext 101 want to transfer the call to 102 and say he is on hold and waiting to speak to u ( 102 ) - (Will Record)
* step 3: now transfer is completed and +18185612000 connected to 102 ( HERE IS THE PROBLEM - CALL NOT RECORD )
I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHY.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP US.
