I have been doing some VOIP projects for a company and recently they have asked me to add a feature where after you press a certain button on an IVR you get asked to " write down the phone number you want us to contact you at, then press #" to save the phone number anywhere on the server (so they can get back to that specific phone number that the customer stated later)
does issabel have such feature?
