I am new to Issabel and the forum I posed a question but i found resolution on my own I was kindly being assisted by Dickson but wasn't able to post the images that he asked for. I keep running into problems as I go like I said I am new I need a step by step of how to setup openvpn in Issabel and how to implement remote user for a call center safely thanks any all for your kind help and assistance, also I am having problems with the language barrier again I appreciate the help but how do I see and hear it in English.

Although there is an OpenVPN addon in Issabel, the issue with VPN exceedes the module itself as many other aspects come into play when setting up/defining/configuring network services. If video tutorials and user posts/replies are not enough for you to get your issues fixed, and if you need it urgently for a secure call center that probably makes money, you might need to resort to paid support/consultancy. You can ask on the Telegram group where there are many independent professionals/consultants that might be willing to help you out remotely for a fee.
