I installed Issabel on a pc it is all by it self not a virtual computer, When I type in static IP both local ip and external address i can access both ip's but when I type in the internal and external ip i can see the page fine but when it is done externally the site wont come up, someone please help me with this issue

I apologize let me make this a little clearer, after the installation of Issabel. I can see issabel locally entering both the internal ip and external ip but when I go to another location to try to access the webpage by typing in the external IP I can't see it. can some one please tell me what I am doing or not doing how can I fix this.

Je peux voir issabel entrer localement à la fois l'IP interne et l'IP externe, mais lorsque je vais à un autre endroit pour essayer d'accéder à la page Web en tapant l'adresse IP externe, je ne peux pas le voir. quelqu'un peut-il me dire ce que je fais ou ne fais pas comment puis-je résoudre ce problème.

Pido disculpas, déjame aclarar esto un poco después de la instalación de Issabel. Puedo ver a issabel ingresando localmente tanto la ip interna como la ip externa, pero cuando voy a otra ubicación para intentar acceder a la página web escribiendo la IP externa, no puedo verla. ¿Alguien puede decirme qué estoy haciendo o no haciendo? ¿Cómo puedo solucionar esto?

Sorry, I meant to type more, i guess i forgot.

Can you first post what your network settings are, screen shot of that, i'm kind of confused what you have setup, that would help me anyway, get a little clearer picture of what might be going on.

You said that when you try and HTTPs to your system, it doesn't respond, but I assume you can Ping/SSH to it from another computer on your network?

Hi Dickson,
using DHCP on the home network set it to use from before the number I staticly assigned for the issabel installed pc and i set port forwarding in the router for that IP if you need more info I dont mind giving it to you but rather email are talk to you romey445@gmail.com

I got this issue resolved it was my router, but I have a new issue I deleted two extensions in PBX configuration and after I did was no longer able to login with my local ip to make changes also when I look at the server with Issabel it is showing 1 session open I don't know how to kill it thank you.

I reinstalled Issabel so this problem is no longer an issue but I have another problem.
