Buenas tardes a todos, me estoy iniciando con Issabel y estoy atascado con las llamadas entrantes con un trocal de pruebas ftth que unicamente funciona si modifico manualmente el archivo extensions_additional.conf , pero si Issabel realiza algun cambio vuelve a fallar.
Las pruebas basicas con asterisk 17 me funcionaron bien pero Issabel me vuelve loco ya que al ser una aplicacion muy potente la cantidad de script macros variables etc etc me estan llevando por el valle de la amargura.
Me pueden ayudar con esto?

No entiendo porque tienes que modificar directamente el fichero, pero si lo consideras necesario modifica los ficheros extension-custon, sino cada vez que modifiques algo en la web perderás los cabios realizados manualmente.

RiveraPer Gracias por responder, la idea es dejar que issabel realice los cambio pero como comente no me funciona las llamadas entrantes con "4 extensiones" "1 troncal" y "2 grupos" para las pruebas es todo lo que necesito, no entiendo porque Issabel no envia la llamada al grupo o extension de destino.
Te agradezco cualquier ayuda.

Si pero me salta mensaje en español "el numero que a marcado se encuentra fuera de servicio"

y si modifico a modo de pruba extension_custom como indicaste si funciona pero con lo mas basico.

Buenas noches, ya encontre el problema por alguna razon mi operador no me identifica la llamada y debo presentar una reclamacion.
Gracias de todos modos.
