Hi,
I have changed DIAL under extension to SIP /5008 to 7890:192.168.2.10:5060 (which is cisco cucm).
when I am dialiing 5008 ,it is going to 7890 to
Now the problem is , In call center agent console it shows agent id as 7890:192.168.2.10:5060 instead of SIP /5008 and it is not logging in
Please help
