HI,

Issabel is working fine with 11 version and 13 version havent tried 16 version yet,
PJSIP is also good idea,

Astersik - IM has problem with presence in SPARK when installing asterisk 13 with POP caller id not showing when connected,deskphone enabled.

I know that OPENFIRE turn off support for this plugin in latest SERVER ,but question is how can connect asterisk 13 to show caller id because problem is in ASTERISK CORE please help

In future would be good idea developers to make community version called ISSABEL in prosody server to maintan ASTERISK IM and implement it like old days or use ROCKET CHAT and make better chat which should be used on desk phone together with SIP,

Spark version which are stable for OPENFIRE server 4.0.4 are SPARK 2.7.7 and 2.7.6
