I would like to automate the calls received from an automobile insurance company.
I have two doubts about the issabel software.
1- Today when a customer calls we already have the options of type 1 for language in English and type 2 for language in Portuguese. I can do this automatically, having customers registered when they call already know what language he speaks.
2- By integrating our CRM with the issabel software, the customer calling and having an open payment I can have a voice message for this customer informing an open payment.
