Hello, I ask for help. Issabel was installed with the CallCenter module, no more changes were made, the trunk was configured, extensions, agents, everything was also configured. There are no problems with the incoming campaign, everything works fine. Now the actual problem. There is 1 agent in an outbound campaign Dialer dials a number in an outgoing campaign, sets it the dialing status and immediately starts another dialing, receives a response - all lines are busy, and further down the list until the agent processes the first dialed one. How can I solve this problem?
