I have a new install but no special configurations or anything but have been getting random CDR reports with " Â " Character on the end of the destination Field ( mostly on outbound external calls). I think its messing up my call recordings since if a CDR call shows up with that character automatically the call recording will show up as "Recording Missing".
From what I can tell the call recording is somewhat connected to CDR.
Basically I just want that "Â " gone. Can anybody point me to the right direction in fixing this?
