Im having the following issue.
When i have a clean installation of Issabel without being migrated anything from Elastix it shows the option to assign a extension number to users, create users, etc...
System > Users , the buttons "+ Create New User" and "▣ Delete User", both buttons works.
When i make a call between extensions with the call recording option activated in those extensions, the call gets recorded and the admin user can see all the recordings made.
BUT
When we did the migration from Elastix to Issabel, this option suddenly disappeared
If we enter to PBX > Call recordings ... it says "There is no extension number associated with the current user. Please contact the administrator to assign it an extension" and im logged in with admin account.
If i try to go to System > Users , the buttons "+ Create New User" and "▣ Delete User" just disappear.
If i click on "admin" and enter to edit the selected user, the option "Extension" at PBX Profile just doesnt show anything to choose, (All the old extensions from Elastix appear at PBX menu and they work)
Note= The calls get recorded at Issabel, if i go to /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/2017// i find the recordings of the calls made with no problem i can even download them and they work fine, but i need to be sure that the supervisors of the call center can download/listen those recordings aswell with no problem from the Web interface)
Is there any solution?
