Hello, I'm new here, but now new to asterisk, I have a very strange behavior with call center module agents as all agents login remotely using VPN, and randomly extensions unregistered and the call center module hang, and when the agent try to log back in they receive an error of cannot login agent is connected to an extension status OnCall, and I get this error in Dialerd.log:
