Hello all,
I have configure the call center module for an outbound campaign and set the Max. used channels to 4.

I have load a list of 20 numbers for the campaign,

The issue is that the system is dialing all the 20 number instead of 4 which i set in the campaign.

Can some advise me.

I have the same problem. I disabled the "Enable predictive dialer behavior" in Call Center Configuration and tried reducing the "Max. used channel" to 1, but the dialer calls all the numbers it can and most people that answer hang up when hearing music.

I had the same problem and I solved adding a second SIP trunk, only for Call Center outgoing calls, with the variable:
call-limit=2

for PEER and USER Details.

that works for me.

What javinande suggests works but when the trunk is also used by others users except the call center agents, it's not applicable.
Has anyone found another workaround?

I have same issue in call center 4.0.0.5. Have you got any solution?

This solution is not working also, because it leads to call failure; because the dialer still trying to place calls but gets blocked by the trunk

The problem is calls keep placing when any agent in the queue is free, but when the agents are busy it stops placing, so the issue is: the call placing should be Number of free agents - number of placed calls
