I am new to Issabel server and haven't got enough experience with this software. I have an Issable server installed and connected to CUCM via trunks correctly.
also, I have managed to define some digits(for example for sales pls call 1, for technical pls call 2, and so on) and this works correctly.
my issue starts from here, that when IVR plays, I want the user to be able to call the direct extensions which defined on the CUCM, but what happens at this moment, is when the IVR plays and the user tries to call the extension, the calls hang up.
please help if anyone has faced this issue previously and had it fixed
