Hello,

I've recently installed Issabel 4.0.0 with Asterisk 16.7

I am trying to use the conference feature that allows you to schedule multiple conferences with custom pin codes for specific durations. The built in help file says you can connect to the conference by dialing 5555, but when I do it hangs up after approximately 3 seconds. Below is the output from the CLI:

Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve this issue?

To add. I have done the research on google and this doesn't seem to be a common issue. My goal is to be able to spin up an audio conference bridge for customers for a specific time period, give them a number to call and access code. The conferences application is different and not capable of specifying a "one-time" scheduled conference. I have used this in the past, but it isn't as robust. Again any help is appreciated.

Ok so it seems that Web-MeetMe isn't installed and the associated module app_cbmysql.so is required to do what I am trying to do. Can someone please tell me if there is any problem if I want to add this to the Isaabel version I am running? I apologize that I do not speak Spanish but I will do the best I can with a translator if someone is willing to help me.

Hi Michael. I had the same issue, create a thread in Spanish. Unfortunately, no body have an answer or Issabel, support team expected to be paid for this issue? I respectfully ask if can somebody help us with this and clarify if the solution exist and we need to pay to get this. Thanks in advance.
