Yesterday I installed ISSABEL, for call center, outgoing campaigns, with a predictive marker,
configured 4-digit extensions (1001, 1002, etc.),
created 4-digit agents as well (9001,9002, etc.).
I created a queue 803 (I put the letter A before the extension number A9001.0, in the statistical agent) but it happens that ISSABEL makes calls to the database even when there is no agent logged in.
What will I have wrong?
