hi every body
i am new in issabel, i want create IVR and try this scenario:
PBX (A) #552 <------ Trunk---------->PBX (
#445 + IVR
1- i create IVR ( IVR-welcome ) + audio file
2- i create inbound route with incoming any DID\ any CID and destination IVR\ IVR-welcome.
when i call from 552 to 445, the phone 445 directly ring and IVR is not responding the caller.
when i change inbound route ( set CallerID number= 552) and then call from 552 to 445 IVR will respond.
for test i change callerID number=55x but is not working!!!!
what do i missed ?
