Has anyone seen a problem with recordings of outgoing calls being transferred are lost?
For example, I call a mobile phone and stay for a while and then transfer to an extension and the person also stays for a while, the recording of the first contact is overwritten by the recording of the transfer or vice versa.
I performed tests simulating the scenario, but at no time did the error happen. It does not happen exactly with all calls, but whenever the callcenter team requests a recording, we sometimes notice this pattern with outgoing calls that are transferred.
