Olá,
instalei issabel4 em uma VPS e após a instalação ser concluída o asterisk não foi iniciado, tentei usar vários comandos para que o mesmo fosse iniciado porem ele não me trás nenhuma resposta.
Tentei dar o comando (amportal restart) ele me tras as seguintes linhas:

1- Com relação ao erro do PHP não sei como proceder.
2- Com relação "WARNING: ERROR IN CONFIGURATION " o diretoria já foi criado porem ele reclama com esse erro.
